This is a web application to estimate the number of you know in your target language (Chinese words, Chinese characters, or Vietnamese). The interface has the look and feel of a typical flashcard program, where you simply mark off each word as known or unknown. At the end of the trials, you can see your results summarized, with an estimate of the total number of words you know, and the full list of the words you were asked.<\/p>\n

Vocabulary Extractor<\/em> is a program to split any text into individual words, summarizing information about each unique word using supplied dictionaries and extra word data. The information is presented in the form of a sortable grid, so that the results can be easily copied and pasted into a spreadsheet program like Excel.<\/p>\n
